Iron Spider Bust

The web-spinning spider is considered one of nature's best-known examples of patience and fine craftsmanship. Iron Spider Bust works that patience into its surface: the fine web pattern spread across the red mask and the head turned to one side place a curious, ever-attentive gaze on the shelf.

Iron Spider Bust shows a masked figure from the shoulders up, head turned slightly to the side. The red surface is worked with a fine web pattern from top to bottom; the shoulders and chest are wrapped in navy armor pieces framed in gold, and the large eye lenses are a pearly silver.

It stands 35 cm high and sits on a round, distressed base with a slate-gray metallic look. On a desk, a bookcase or a shelf in a teenager's room, it stands out with its vivid colors.
