Key characteristics of the product

The name, key characteristics and dimensions of the product, any options such as color and size, the quantity and the images are shown on the product page and in the order summary. Depending on screen settings and ambient light, colors may look slightly different from how they appear in the photos.

Price and payment

The total sales price of the product including taxes and the available payment methods are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Shipping is free worldwide; you are not charged any shipping cost. Payment is taken in Shopify's secure checkout.

Delivery

The product is delivered by courier to the delivery address you provided when ordering.
Delivery time: 14 days including production

This period runs from the order date and in no case exceeds 30 days. When your order is shipped, the tracking information is sent to your email address. Details are on the Shipping and Returns page.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date you receive the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal during the period between the conclusion of the contract and the delivery of the product.

You can send your notice of withdrawal before the period expires, in writing to the email or postal address above, or through the contact form on the Site. Receipt of a notice sent through the Site is confirmed to you without delay.

You must send the product back within 10 days from your notice of withdrawal. Within 14 days from the date your notice of withdrawal reaches the Seller, the amount you paid, including any delivery cost, is refunded in a single payment, using a method consistent with the one you used to pay and without any cost to you.

You are not responsible for changes and deterioration resulting from using the product in accordance with its operation, technical specifications and instructions for use.

Carrier and cost for returns

If you send the product back with the carrier the Seller has designated for returns, you are not responsible for the return cost. If the Seller has not designated a carrier for returns, you cannot be asked to pay the return cost. If the designated carrier has no branch where you are located, the product is collected from your address without requesting any additional cost from you.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the contracts listed in Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation. Accordingly, you have no right of withdrawal for products prepared in line with your requests or personal needs.

Defective product

If the product is defective, you may exercise the elective rights listed in Law No. 6502 (withdrawal from the contract, a price reduction, free repair, or replacement with a non-defective equivalent).

Complaints and applications

You can send your complaints and requests using the contact details above or through the contact form. In the event of a dispute, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Courts in cases exceeding these limits.
