New David

Mosaic is known as the art of building a whole picture from small, broken pieces. New David applies this idea to the face of a classical sculpture: one half of the face stays matte black and whole, while the other breaks into squares that catch the light, as if the pieces were about to fall back into place.

New David is a matte black bust: one half of the face stays in place, while the other breaks apart into small square pieces. On the black and gold model, the pieces gleam in a gold tone; on the black and multicolor model, red, green, blue, and yellow squares mix in with the gold.

The dark body brings out the color of the pieces. With its square base, it stands upright on a bookshelf, a console table, or your desk.

Depending on screen settings, colors may look slightly different from the photos.
