Audi R8 V8 Engine Coffee Table

The first Audi R8 carried a 4.2-litre V8 straight behind its driver, on show under glass.

This coffee table is built around a real engine: Audi R8 4.2 L V8. Look closely and you see the polished ribbed intake rising through the glass and the gold cam gears. Each engine is cleaned, finished and mounted by hand, then fitted with thick clear glass on polished supports, so the engine stays fully in view.

Each piece is made once. Because it starts from a real engine, small marks of its working life may remain and no two pieces are exactly alike.
