The Moonwalker

Gravity on the Moon is about one-sixth of Earth's; walking there means moving forward in small leaps. The Moonwalker shows that lightness: the astronaut has one knee in the air and arms held for balance; in your entry hall, it invites you to leave the day's load at the door and come home with a lighter step.

One knee in the air, arms held for balance: in The Moonwalker, the astronaut is caught mid-stride while bounding across the lunar surface. The red stripes on the white suit, the gold details on the chest unit, and the mirror-finish gold visor are the figure's focal points.

There are two base options: a cratered moon sphere or a round flat base; the flat-base model comes in 90 and 150 cm heights, the moon-base model in 150 cm. The resin sculpture is displayed on the floor in a spacious living room, an entryway, or a shop window; it can be used indoors and in covered outdoor spaces.
