Bear Time

Holding the string of a balloon recalls the joy of childhood that takes time lightly. In Bear Time, the figure in overalls carries a clock instead of a balloon at the end of its string; with the light spreading out behind it, it says that at home, time too can become a playful companion.

Bear Time shows a bear figure in overalls and oversized shoes sitting on a backlit wall panel. The figure holds a round clock tied to a string as if it were a balloon; its eyes are X-shaped, and a small gold-toned heart sits on its chest.

Made of crystal porcelain, it measures 68 × 38 cm; the LED light is adjusted by remote control, and the hanging hardware is ready to use. It serves as a clock panel in an entrance hall or on a living room wall. In orange, blue and brown.
