Royal Horse

When a horse rears, it gathers all its strength into that brief moment; in painting and sculpture, this moment has long been read as courage. Rising on its hind legs with its neck arched, Royal Horse is ready to leap forward from its rocky base; in the study, it is a reminder of the heart it takes to begin something new.

Royal Horse is a horse rising on its hind legs, forelegs tucked and neck raised in an arch. Defined muscles, a wavy mane, and a long tail are rendered in detail; the horse stands on a rocky textured base.

At 30.5 cm tall with a 17 × 8 cm base, it fits easily on a bookshelf, a console table, or a desk. Available in matte black, matte white, and a gold-toned metallic finish.
