Through the Night

Covering your eyes with your hands is the most familiar gesture of withdrawing from the world for a moment to rest. Through the Night makes this gesture in the embrace of a crescent; a glow reminiscent of moonlight brings to your wall the side of the night that shelters and restores us.

Through the Night shows a figure seated in the curve of a large crescent with a moon-surface texture, on a backlit panel. On the white and black models, the figure covers its face with its hands; on the furry black model, it looks straight ahead with X-shaped eyes.

Measuring 65 × 80 cm and made of crystal porcelain, its LED light is adjusted by remote control, and the hanging hardware is ready to use. In an entrance hall or a bedroom, it gives off light with the warmth of a night lamp.
